Pulwama Youth Conferred With Swami Vivekananda Excellence Award

PULWAMA: A Youth from South Kashmir’s Pulwama district was Conferred with Swami Vivekananda Excellence Award at Kolkata.Naveed Hamid Hails from Prichoo outskirts in Pulwama is working in Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare, New Delhi.Naveed Hamid received the award during a Conference held at Amity University Kolkata by the hands of Governor of West Bengal “Shri Keshari Nath Tripathi” For his significant research contribution in the field of agribusiness / value chain for enhancement of profitability for small and marginal farmers of J&K state.Naveed Hamid is engaged in research activities related to agribusiness and value chain.Earlier, Naveed Hamid also received IARDO Young Fellow award 2019 during the International Award Conference on Research, Analyse, Communicate and Evaluate (RACE – 2019) held at KU, University Campus Bangkok, Thailand.It is pertinent to mention that he has more than 55 publications, several national and international awards to his credit, including full length research papers, books, book chapters, research articles, abstracts, etc.
