LUCKNOW: What I have said to you so far was about your vertical success only. Have you seen the peak of a mountain? Height, and height, and height. I have heard that Hong Kong is a country with very limited land, but this country is very developed, and the result is that when development in other countries spreads on their undeveloped land, this development in Hong Kong only increases in height.

Each year, the elevations of Hong Kong become higher to cover the increasing needs of the country. The success you have known earlier is your peak success, i.e., vertical success only which you have developed in your own personality only and which has separated from the crowd and put you in a different place.

There are two types of success – Vertical success and horizontal success.

Vertical  Success:

You must have understood that it is a continuous success like a peak for which, you will have to rise more and more. We can call this type of success as ‘Individual Success’ also. In the last halt, you learned to build the initial assets from your current income, to understand the concept of savings, not only introduced with the idea of the lace of the richness but also began to determine the length of its wealth itself, the rule of depreciation of savings: to avoid losses on savings, investing at a higher rate: investment options: economic depictions of your life: achieving economic goals.

We have got enough information about the creation of routes to achieve our financial goals, the security of success, the principles of the talent and time and friends of success vs. the enemies of success. By these innovations, you created a new life inside of you and built a new and vibrant personality to throw away old and failed personality. Take care – the unsuccessful and beaten person who was a while ago, is no longer inside you because your winner has won it.

The belief and perseverance with which you have traveled so far are really appreciable, and I am proud of you. You are more blissful, more energetic and more important today, and this is your reasoning that makes me compel to talk to you about the most important secrets of life which have led some people to success stairs, and they changed their lives entirely.

Vertical success is a success that makes you singly successful, that brings out the unlimited possibilities of your own and you reach the highest possible point of your income, but this success is only effective in area around you and which is directly linked to you. Try to understand this thing properly. How much you can see with your two eyes at once, believe me; this world is bigger than that. Perhaps you cannot see even tenth billion part of one percent of the world with your eyes.

Similarly, your hands are only two hands in comparison to the combined count of people living in this world and your these two hands cannot work more than a limit. You have two feet too, and when they both go together, then you walk one step. You tell me – how much you can travel with your only two feet in the future. I believe that you are very qualified, but there is only one special area of your qualifications and you do not have any relation with all the other areas of qualification.

How much knowledge has spread in this world, but how can one person get acquire knowledge with his mere two hands, two legs and one brain? And the biggest thing – how much less is the surface of the tower touching the sky and if the earthquake shakes even a slight shock, the security of such high-rise buildings will be in danger first. Your successes so far have been your solo achievements which depend only on your personal merits. All these successes are never safe even when touching the highest point of income in their respective fields.

All the teachers teaching in the school of my student life had earned their own individual successes and therefore they used to pressure their students to take tuitions, and despite not being successful enough in their lives, they taught us always that we could be success by obtaining good marks in our individual exams only. Saying this, perhaps they may have never seen themselves and could not understand as to why they failed in the real test of their lives despite earning best marks in their educational exams.

What kind of role models were they, and what success was talking about? Why our dear and respected Principal, who was quite successful in his subjects, was so scared of a very less educated and rude Manager of the institution? Our Principal also achieved the vertical successes which could make him more decent and qualified than others, but he could never increase the very limited ground available under the thin tower of his success. The same thing was applicable to the postgraduate accountant who used to maintain the accounts of his illiterate employer, but he kept waiting for the opportunity to make his own account of income and earn huge money from his personal qualification. This thing was also applicable to Dr. Shyamal Mitra.
