Every one knows that the relaxations in the closure aspects are being allowed by the administration and not by the virus in question ? Once it is said the we are in the phase called “ Unlock – 1 “ it indicates something .
So far as the word “ Lock” is included in “ Unlock – 1 “, it continues to differ from “ well Open”,
There are so many ongoing restrictions on us, which are neither imposed nor clearly waived.
We must self impose many such restraints, to keep us safe from invisible virus, now and then,
Use masks , sanitize self , keep distance , avoid touching eyes or else, washing hands heaved .
The Challenges and Difficulties create Hindrances ?
To purchase sanitizer on daily basis ?
Extra purchasing or any undesired arrangement , be it of any magnitude, bothers them,
They feel as if , some unnecessary burden is placed on their heads , even if capable for .
Business ever considers every income and each expenditure, under some scanner helm,
Becoming happy on small gain and equally sad by the outflow of any money and it’s mar.
To provide masks to every employee regularly .
So what , if it is a small item , that too for safeguard of your workers ? but it means ?
It costs to purchase it for one’s own persons in masses , they make it a point as well .
One , who has responsibility to protect all, is seen saying this and that to all keens ,

Some extra guidelines are there to be followed, during and after this calamity, for sure,
Such compulsions do bother the owners of the units , as they seem to be extra and new.
Furthers are not welcome, if they are not in favour, and people start searching their cure ,
Undue time and money is required for such compulsions to follow , under smile or mew ?
Social distancing in industries requires so many changes on spot .
We are more persons on our land , usually living very dense, as compared to others,
When one says to stay away from all , it requires so many arrangements to be done.
If it is mandatory , as is now, for industries to keep space, it really goes for many bothers ,
The places of so many workers on machines is fixed , whose shifting is cumbersome one .
Unpractical instructions like every check up to be arranged by owner of the unit .
So many times we become uneasy , even by a small aspect , which becomes necessary ,
Situation is not created but became so after calamity , that we all have to deal with well .
Each one of us has to be protected and all need checking, who will arrange , that may vary ?
Every life is priceless, so needs safety, and one has to curtail expenses, as business ethics tell.
The expenses of such checking and diagnosis.
Again we are subjected to think about the same vital topic of expenses, which matters a lot ,
Everyone knows the value of life , hence does everything to protect all, is a humanitarian tale.
Where should we reach to reconcile between expenses and the cure , becomes a topic so hot,
Someone has to pay or many have to share these necessary expenses, to keep every life hale.
Demands from The Government
In the above said difficulties the industrialists have demanded many reliefs eg.
To revise G S T Slab and rate .
To provide rebate for the electricity bill for the Lock Down period .
Salaries and wages for the Lock Down period be paid by the Government or package for that .
Industrialists be given Income Tax Rebates .
Workers should be insured by The Government .
A team of Doctors be there for regular check up of workers .
There must be some facilities to send product to other states and districts .
Calamities come as troubles and they churn so much of life and money before they subside,
Sometimes pandemics do not leave our place but teach us the ways to live with them easily.
Whatsoever be the situation it is the Government that pays too much for everything to abide,
Ultimately it is their duty to protect life of every citizen , every unit , every concern without silly .
Demands Of Room Rent , Forced Them To Flee .
Every Government, every administration has clearly told not to harass the tenants for rental dues during these days of Lock – Down . Even then as lamented by so many of these walking workers , it was really annoying these moneyless labourers that most of the land lords were pursuing for payment of rent . Many of them said that they sold their household to pay their rent.
Poor fellows are far away from their native places, they live anyhow , work and earn,
Calamities can do anything, and they did, they snatched their wages and shelter to live.
Sympathy in words differs from that in deeds so many times, as it happened in this churn?
Troubled are they , without anything of need , now, courage and morale , who can give ?
They were living with them since many years but this calamity forced the land lords to forget any such relation and throw them out for nonpayment of rent . They are on the roads because they have been abandoned by both of the owners that is land lord and factory owners. They humiliated them as well. As said and instructed by the Government , there must not be any pressure on poor citizens for room rent or the wages . For the burden of wages , they were said to go from factories and for the lust of rent they were out of their respective rented rooms.
The distant natives , working for their livelihood, leading their family life in paucity anyhow,
Virus and Lock Down forced their work place to close and land lord said them to leave room.
There was nothing for them so they started starving along with their kids, with no money now,
No work , no wages , no food , no essentials , as if everything was swept using time’s broom ?
There was one mention which encouraged many that a big farmer in Delhi used to have so many workers on his Agricultural fields . They are working there since long . They requested to go to their native place in Bihar . Their owner was kind enough in sending them in an airplane to reach their destinations easily and safely . All were happy as well .
Some owners do realize the exact position of their workers, they extract work from them daily,
If in the days of calamity they help these poor fellows , this may become a cause of nice gesture.
I just imagine the emotions of those workers , reaching their places by air, due to their owner ally ,
Such should be humane for one’s workers , who ever put their all , to bring fruits in working luster .
Calamity dragged the Examinations from School, To Bed Room .
As every school is closed the classes are running on line . It is the situation that made everyone change their routines , way of working and life habits . Educational institutes all over the world are taking this topic of online exam very seriously . This situation to conduct exams online is new for everyone hence all are speculating the modalities to do it effectively . For a Country like India such shifts seem to be complicated because we have limited infrastructure like laptop and broadband access . Without proper system , it will be difficult to conduct every exam online .
Schools are forced to go online for their daily classes as well as for their routine tests,
No one is used to in this set up, even then they have to strive as the situation warrants.
Their try is going on, even when so many things are not with so many, doing for the jests,
Slowly and regularly this all will harmonize and will bring out a new era in education rants .
Most of the institutes are going ahead to do it . The School of Environmental Sciences , in JNU has conducted their Mid Semester Exams digitally . The Competitive Exams like GRE , GMAT, and English Language test TOEFL have opted to go online . The system has been evolved to monitor actions and movements of examinees in these exams through AI Technology . This is proving to be a new development , even though induced by calamity. That is why so many persons say that calamities bring out new options and ventures .
Challenges make the new ventures to arise and bring out the sufferer as a last winner ,
Can one say that every perfect person was like this when started ? striver fetches a new.
Today’s calamity ridden world is just like a raw hand trying to swim in the ocean’s inner,
Started so many newer endeavors, to deal with the situation , having amenities a few .
If anyone look away from screen , the authorities know and if they talk to others even then the system records it . If they try to open another tab or window , they are told , not to do so . There are over 21000 test takers in the world . our country do have few hundreds . Recently Indian students have successfully taken GRE from home . Such exploring tendencies during challenging days bring out new ways or opportunities . There are some braves who convert their bad days into prospects or occasions.
Most of our Educational Institutes as well as households , do not have facilities to go online ,
Once they are thrown into the ocean, they are trying to learn swimming, just for their survival.
Knowing well that their inability today , will ruin their tomorrow , so they are trying to define,
The theory , “ Adjust or Perish” , do what time demands or quit ,renewing too much for revival.
Changes In Celebrations , gatherings and Parties
Can we suppose a marriage celebration in which there is no big gathering , no excessive show offs , no arrangements of various music and dance etc . yes , now it seems to be changed . There will be focus on Social Distancing , there will be limited main relatives in the function , all will be using masks , carrying their own sanitizers or it will be provided by the function itself . The things and decoratives which were used in practice before , seems to have gone aside and simplicity has taken over.
Everything seems changed , who changed it ? who took away the dances, musics , crackers ?
Where are the huge showoffs ? decorations , drums , trumpets and several variety counters ?
Did they extinct like dinosaurs , just because of their undue hypes and shows without takers ?
Will they reappear or only their memories will revolve in our minds, without any real punters ?
This “ Lock – Down “ has changed the way of arranging marriage functions and so also the related industry which is busy in doing all this for the parties . Now they all seem to have taken out their packages redesigned in the same lines . Every person related to such functions has changed and restructured their plans and services . They are arranging social distancing , masks for everyone there, sanitizing , proper cleaning of hands and even thermal screening ? For all these aspects , they all are busy doing their exploring .
Every big event , which has significance , owning ability to change the factors and parameters,
When comes into being , with full might , it transforms every vital factor pertaining to nature .
Just see this current virus , nothing is normal since it’s inception, what to say scales and meters ?
Ice cream vendors are selling vegetables, drivers milk products, celebrities dancing in nature .
Entry after full screening only
Companies who used to arrange marriage functions since long , they used to change , adjust and restructure their services according to the demands of the changed society . They took stand and changed their entire packages for the functions . Whatever public demands or that ethically allowed to all and sundry will only be there on the counters and stalls . Who will take from anyone , what is restricted or prohibited ? What hotel workers are doing ? What cinema related persons are busy in ? Where are the jobbers of malls tiring ?
In this special closure of the world , when everything is closed , what the doers are doing ?
Are they planning to do something new ? or inventing afresh ? will they increase job – list ?
Nothing other than essentials are allowed , what to say about parties , crowds vie hoeing ?
Every showoff , all superfluous gone , life related needs only are in circulation, saying in gist ?
They have included everything according to the changed scenario, starting from e-invitation card, photo booth , decoration , vegetarian foods for invitees along with thermal screening , hand sanitizations , providing masks have been smartly included . Seating plan takes care of social distancing and the entire arrangement is taken care by two three persons only . One can well imagine that this practice may even continue for years .
Change is way of life and reason force us to amend, a big rationale is here for them all,
We cannot dare to flout nature or natural calamities , who force us to behave that way .
They have forbidden our eating patterns and drinks, what to say on celebrations and gall ,
They will order what to eat , what to do , where to live , where to hide and to go which way ?
