Knowledge is a treasure which is always less.
Whatever we gather , we consider as less.
Is a drop in the Ocean, much – more is the guess,
Ever – striving & eager , running – further to fetch.
Ever- thirsty to know, ever hungry to learn,
Ever all -we –grow , yet knowledge to earn.
Never full or overflow, whatever we churn,
Ever in put to show, un needed to burn.
Water, when in current, purifies inherent,
Closed ponds’ contents, implies deterrent.
Pond- rivers’ intent , are brains different,
Their in put- contents, need sharing current.
Is reduced by sharing, what ever be the thing,
Food, water & wearing, any land or wing.
Dilutes by spreading, liquid, gas –like things,
Less dense is the bearing, dispersed if the things.
Grief, folly and caring, are reduced by sharing,
Disease, pain and fearing, are preferred in chanting.
Knowledge and cheering, are induced by sharing,
Experience and bearing, are favored benevolenting.
Knowledge Exchange ( Gyan Vinimay), seeks to assimilate,
Organize, analyze & distribute knowledge for bridging gaps.
Helps building knowledge base, by information so disseminate,
The first & best such initiative, taken by an organization, perhaps.
