Experts Highlight the Growing Importance of Social Media in Dissemination of Information.The theme was the growing importance of social media in dissemination of information.
LUCKNOW: ICN group has always tried to publish the best articles on the theme of social, political, economic, literary and scientific issues. This is the reason that a large group of readers has now been associated with it.
Today, ICN Group organized a half daylong seminar in Lucknow. The theme was the growing importance of social media in dissemination of information. The speakers were Prof. Jaswant Singh, Senior Executive Editor, ICN, Dr. Upsham Goel, Chief Consulting Editor, ICN, Dr. Shah Ayaz Siddiqui, Editor-in-Chief, ICN, Kaushal Kumar Agarwal, Managing Editor, ICN, Prof. Anurag Yadav, Associate Editor, ICN, Prof. Satyendra Kumar Singh, Associate Editor, ICN, and Dr. Pankaj Srivastava, Associate Editor, ICN.
Kaushal Kumar Agarwal spoke at length about the global importance of social media and the impact it leaves on people. Dr. Upsham Goel shared his views about the importance of social media in our day to day life. Dr. Shah Ayaz Siddiqui discussed about the importance and benefits of social media in today’s world.
Prof. Jaswant Singh discussed about the importance of science journalism and thanked to the ICN group for publishing the scholarly articles by writers and journalists on the theme of scientific development and the scientists involved in this important endeavor.
Prof. Anurag Yadav shared his views about the advancements in digital media and communication technology. Dr. Pankaj Srivastava discussed about the importance of social media in medical profession.
Prof. Satyendra Kumar Singh said social media has also given us the opportunity to do ingenious things, stand out from the crowd and achieve viral status online.
This was also a good occasion to launch three books penned by Dr Mohammad Aleem, a distinguished writer and Chief News Editor, ICN. The books were: Rabia: Through all Joys and Sorrows, Sacred Solitude, and Three strange Prophecies, ( all novels) published by Lifi Publications, Pvt. Ltd, New Delhi and Magnifera Publications, Pvt. Ltd. respectively.
These novels have so far successfully attracted the attentions of not only a large number of readers but literally scholars and critics also and these books have been taken to the different national and international forums and festivals in the cities like London, Seoul, Sharjah, Berlin and Dubai, etc.
