Himachal Pradesh to be the focus state in India International Hospitality Expo at India Expo Centre, Greater Noida HPTDC Chef Nand Lal to curate Himachali Food
SHIMLA: India Expo Centre & Mart is hosting the second edition of India International Hospitality Exposition at its Centre in Greater Noida from 7th to 10th August 2019. Rakesh Kumar, Chairman of the Center informed that about 650 exhibitors are likely to participate in the four days event. Industry experts from India and abroad including top chefs and industry associations like India Food Processors’ Association, Indian Federation of Culinary Association, Indian Culinary Forum besides many other hospitality and allied industry associations like HOTREMAL, ARCHII, HPMF will also participate in the event, he told. Amitabh Kant, CEO, Nigti Aayog will be the Chief Guest of the inaugural function, Rakesh Kumar informed.Rakesh Kumar further informed that Himachal Pradesh had been designated as “Focus State” of IHE’19 while Indonesia will be the “Focus Country”. Celebrity Chef Manjit Gill will curate Himachali Food along with Chef Nand Lal of Himachal Tourism Development Corporation. The Exposition is being powered by major players of Hospitality industry and supported by Ministry of MSME, Government of India, he told.The India Expo Centre and Mart has earlier hosted international shows such as Auto Expo, IHGF Delhi Fair, India Fashion Jewellery and Accessories Show (IFJAS), India International Mega Trade Fair (IIMTF), ELECRAMA etc.
