(In some of the past articles, we knew about some strategies and mindset for preparation of examinations. Today, we will know some points to be taken care of during examinations.)
GOOD PRACTICES DURING EXAMINATION
Self belief is important
NOIDA: While going for the examination centre, have belief in your preparations. Be confident and see yourself as a big match player. Believe that your best comes out on the big day. In recent days, Virat Kohli is considered to be the best chaser of runs in world cricket. I have seen that even if in some matches, opponents need to bat first, they choose bowling first because they don’t dare to leave a target for Virat Kohli. While this fear is in the minds of the opponents, Virat Kohli himself is confident that whatever run rate he has to chase, he will do it because he believes in himself. He knows that he has the necessary skills & attitude, coupled with belief that he performs on the big day.
Invoke for the divine blessings
There is nothing more powerful than invoking the divine blessings before you receive your question paper in the examination hall. Next time, whenever you appear in any exam, small or big, ask for the divine guidance and divine blessings during the examination time and you will see that you will not get nervous during examinations. You will feel the divine presence and connectedness. It will have a soothing calm effect on your thinking and you will perform better.
Rejoice if the paper is tough
Normally during entrance examinations, students get nervous after seeing the tough paper. Here, I would suggest that if you see that the paper is tough, start rejoicing by heart. Tough paper is a boon for a student, who is better prepared than others. Tough paper means that this year, cut off will be lower. Let the lesser prepared students be afraid during examination hours and spoil their party even more. You should rejoice because you are better prepared and are going to take benefit of understanding this concept. If you can avoid nervousness during examination, you will gain some extra marks due to presence of mind.
First attempt the well-prepared questions
You should first attempt the questions which are well prepared. Present your answers neatly using proper margins and colour combinations, wherever required. Good answers at the beginning of the answer sheet will impress the examiner. Imagine, how many copies an examiner checks. If your first impression is good, you have a fair chance that your slight errors later may be ignored by the examiner, considering you as a bright student.
