In the history of Indian independence movement,Tilka Majhi’s name has a separate respect.Tilka Majhi was one of the Jharkhand’s first revolutionary and soon we will have a film which will be based on the life of Tilka Majhi.Tilka Majhi will also be written by Dhiraj Mishra who is well-known for making films on the revolutionary freedom fighters.
The film will be produced by Ghanshyam Patel and Nimisha Amin.Ghanshyam Patel had also produced Manisha Koirala’s Sirf and a film based on the Pune’s freedom fighter “Chapekar Brothers”,along with that he had also produced Galiib-a story of Afzal Guru’s son.Dhiraj Mishra has already started the script of this film.With the writing,this time Dhiraj will sit on the director’s chair.Post coronavirus lockdown relaxation,the fresh face of Tilka Majhi will be revealed.The casting of other characters are in process.The film will be shot at Tundi in Jharkhand and at Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.The film will go on floor by the end of next year.The filmmakers ahs released the teaser poster of the film.
